We are a recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent staffing across Leicester and the Midlands.

2. What information we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

  • Candidate registration: name, title, email, phone, postcode, sector and employment preferences, role interest, and a short experience summary.
  • Employer enquiries: company name, contact name, email, phone, role title, location, employment type, headcount (if provided), and message details.
  • General contact: whatever you choose to send us by phone, email or post.
  • Technical data: limited server logs (for example IP address, browser type and pages requested) needed to run and secure the website.

We do not use marketing cookies. We only use analytics cookies if you accept them (see section 8).

  • match candidates to suitable temporary or permanent roles;

  • Legitimate interests — running a recruitment agency, matching candidates to roles, and responding to business enquiries, where this does not override your rights.
  • Contract / steps toward a contract — where we need your details to take steps you request (for example registering for work or arranging staffing).
  • Legal obligation — where we must keep certain records (for example employment, tax or right-to-work related records once engagement progresses).
  • Consent — only where we specifically ask for it (for example optional analytics cookies).

5. How long we keep data

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

  • Candidate registrations and CVs: typically up to 12 months after last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to keep your details longer or remove them sooner, or a longer period is required for a live placement or legal reason.
  • Employer enquiries: typically up to 12 months, or longer where needed for an active client relationship or contractual record.
  • Website logs: for a short period for security and troubleshooting.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Who we share data with

We may share relevant candidate details with prospective employers or client sites where that is necessary for recruitment or matching — including where we support preferred supplier list (PSL) arrangements with national agencies.

We may also use trusted service providers who help us run the business (for example hosting, IT or email), under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We will share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • erase your data in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive a copy of data you provided (data portability), where applicable;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies: we use session and security (CSRF) cookies so our forms and the staff login work. The site needs these to work, so we do not ask for consent for them.

Analytics cookies (optional): we use Google Analytics only if you click Accept on our cookie banner. If you click Reject, or do not choose, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.

If you accept, Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited, your approximate location (town or region), and the type of device and browser you use. It does not collect your name or contact details, and we remove anything after a “?” in page addresses before it is sent.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We will ask again after 12 months. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop forms working.

Candidate applications

Online applications may include contact details, CV, identity / right-to-work documents, and health information you choose to provide for placement suitability and health & safety. Health data is special category data and is processed with your explicit consent on the form. Documents are stored privately and available only to authorised Fusion staff. Bank details are not collected via the online form.
